Hourly Charge
- If you would like the simplicity of an hourly charge, Tech AceZ technicians will work to complete all required services at at an hourly charge*
Service a la Carte
- If, as an experienced computer operator, you already have an idea of the problems associated with your computer, please feel free to use our per service charge as outlined in the table below.
Price Guarantee
- We GUARANTEE that our prices are not only the best prices, but fair.
If a technician finds that the services done on your computer are less expensive
 charged per hour, or per service, they will ensure that you receive the LEAST EXPENSIVE option of the two: no matter what you had originally agreed upon*
*Prices will be determined by the technician on-hand, and reserve the right to refer to the original agreement if any discrepancies arise (i.e. time constraints, additional issues that arise during service, etc.)

In-Home Diagnosis
This is a mandatory service as Tech AceZ is solely an In-Home Computer Repair company. The diagnosis includes the following:
- Checking the computer or other technologies for hardware
issues/software issues
- Explanation of the problems and proposed solutions
* This fee includes the time spent driving to and from the home or business; if the location is more than 15 miles away from the University of California Riverside campus, a $5 surcharge will be added to the original fee amount

Remote Computer Repair
If your home or business sits outside of the county of Riverside, or you would like a more flexible repair schedule, then Remote Computer Repair is just the service for you.
As long as your computer can sustain an internet connection and you can still browse the web with your favorite web browser, then remotely repairing your computer not only is more convenient for both the technician and yourself, it is also less expensive than our on-site offerings.

Virus & Spyware Removal
If, during diagnosis, a Tech AceZ technician concludes that your computer is infected with a virus, trojan horse, spyware, or other malicious programs, then the Spyware & Virus Removal service will be recommended in order to restore your computer back to normal working condition.

A Technology Consultation is a service offered to educate customers about the various technologies in their house or business. It is our hope that the consultation can improve both the level of enjoyment and efficiency of your technologies.

- The technician then will demonstrate the different features of your product(s)
