About Me
My name, as previously mentioned, is Ryan Simon, and I have an undying passion for technology. I spend time everyday perusing articles so that I may keep up to date with all the newest tech: computers, televisions, cameras, video  games, cell phones, and all sorts of other cool stuff. It has been a dream of mine to open up my own repair/consultation business, not only to feed my love of technology, but also to spread the wonders of it to those around me.

Objective

• My main goal, and the main goal of Tech AceZ, is to provide a low cost, quality, in-home repair and technology consultation for the people and businesses of Riverside County that do not otherwise have the time to repair their technology themselves, or prefer to have an experienced technician help them out.

• We want to save you money, and frustration.

I am well versed in a variety of different technologies, which lend to my personal technical abilities:

• Ability to solve a myriad of technological problems not limited to Computers
• Vast knowledge in using Microsoft’s Windows (95, 98, 2000, XP, and Vista)
• Balanced know-how in using Mac OSX (Tiger 10.4, Leopard 10.5)
• Great comprehension of various computer components; including clock speeds, memory bandwidth, variant manufacturer quality, and installation of all parts
• Quick on-the-spot problem solving that saves time, money, and relieves technological frustration
• Good familiarity with web and graphics design programs such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Fireworks

I have been working on, and manipulating computers for more than 10 years, and my overall experience includes:

1998-2009      On-hand Student Technician    Murrieta, CA/Riverside, CA

• Installing software, and ensuring that all peripherals (monitors, printers, projectors, etc.) are working properly

2006-2009     Best Buy Computers/Media Employee        Murrieta, CA/Menifee, CA

• Informing and consulting customers on video game systems, software, desktop computers, labtops, iPods & other MP3 players, televisions, networking, and other related items
• Worked closely with Geek Squad to ensure customers received quality repair without having to return to the store
  on several occasions
